Brief Review:
Shiva is startled by seeing Brahaspati taking class at Panchavati. Shiva has mixed feelings, he is very happy to see his friend alive, but at the same time disappointed that he didn’t know about it and thought he was dead all through. Shiva is not able to trust him fully like he used to. This is totally relatable to many people. Once we lose our trust on a person, it highly comes back.
Shiva learns the truth about the depletion of Sarawati River from Brahaspati. He explains that large amounts of water are required for the preparation of Somras, and the waste generated by the manufacturing process is dumped in the Tsangpo River, which flows through the Branga territory. That polluted water is responsible for causing the plague to the Branga community. The Nagas deformities are also due to the Somras because it causes the cell to divide at a rapid rate which ultimately leads to tumorous outgrowths. There is hidden message here. Even if something is good, if we should use it in moderation. If it belongs to nature then do understand that it belongs to each and every living being out there. If we exploit its resources, the causalities will be of larger scale and high impacted one.
Shiva now understood the ill-effects of overuse of somras and he also comes to know of the person behind the attacks. Shiva orders the people to stop using somras and wages war against Meluha. Parvateshwar joins Meluhan forces as he thinks it’s his duty to save his motherland, Anandmayi also joins him. Shiva plans an attack and leads the troops against Meluha.
Now in order to win the war he travels to the secret city of the Vayputras to request for a Daivi Astra. This part of the book will be a cherry on the cake for all the adventurous lovers. I like the fact the he requested for the Brahmastra only to threaten Daksha and no to use it.
There are many secrets and a major twist in the book that will leave readers with a heavy heart. Finally, the readers will be able to connect the dots and can enjoy this book.

Recommendations:
‘The Universe bows to Lord Shiva. I bow to Lord Shiva’ one after reading this book will truly become a lifelong fan to Shiva and Amish. Those who are all already a devotee of Lord Shiva, will just love and embrace these books forever. We all know Shiva as God and he is the main God in the Hindu religion. I don’t think anyone will dare take his name and write a story. In that sense, Amish has not only dared to write a fiction in his name, he has also delivered the books in amazing quality and his work is just spellbound. Amish at no point failed Shiva which I like the most. Amish imagined Shiva to be a normal human being and how he became God by doing extraordinary things that keep the readers awestruck throughout the read.
This book is just Mesmerizing and leaves the readers awe-struck. I am admired by the fact that this book can be read by anyone irrespective of their religion and country just to dive into and explore its mythological wonders. This is possible because the author did not write about Lord Shiva, instead he has written about a normal person named Shiva, who became a God due to his deeds. I would recommend this book and the whole series to read and gain this wonderful experience and ride in the roller-coaster ride with the author. I would give his book a 4.9/5.
